My experience was horrible at this nail shop. I walked in the only reason why I gave this a 1 star is for the sweet Receptist. She asked the nail tech sitting there available and he told her to tell me that the wait would be 1 hour. I had already paid for parking so I said I would wait. Less than 15 minutes a nail tech came to ask what I wanted. I showed him a picture of the design and colors I wanted. Not at any time did he mention he was not capable of doing what I wanted. What I need up with was completely off of what I requested. Make sure your nail tech knows how to complete what you requested, if not they will have you wait another 30 minutes for another tech to attempt to complete the job. I asked him that why did he lead me to believe he can do my nails if he didn’t know how. I could have gone else where. He attempted to ask the first tech if he could do the design for me and all he did was laugh and said no. This was the rudest nail place I have ever been to. I told him not to put a too coat so that I can go elsewhere to someone that knows how to complete it. No discount for the unfinished service. Overpriced and had to pay 80.00 for an incomplete job. High disappointed. See pictures for what I requested versus what I got. Do not go here if you expect quality and at least decent customer service.

Tony was so amazing!!! He stayed after 7pm even though they were closing and did and amazing job. I will definitely recommend their services!! I can’t wait to come back again ❤️

Nicole is a charismatic, funny, talented person! She tells you the truth about your hair and she cares for your hair like her own. I love how she dyed my hair! I had blond at the bottom of my hair she matched my natural hair color. I got a hair treatment and my hair feels healthy already I will definitely go back for another treatment. My family loved my hair color and hair cut they want Nicole to cut their hair next!! Thank you Nicole my hair looks beautiful thanks to you! Last thing always call her before you go to make sure she is not busy she’s a busy woman. :)
